Ryan sold a property I had in Houghton Lake and I could not be happier! The property had been listed with another agent for almost a year. I switched to Ryan and he sold it within a couple of months for the same price the other agent had it listed. Ryan took drone photos which showed off the property's excellent location and proximity to Houghton Lake. He pointed out several features in the listing (like city water, sewer and gas hookup) that the other agent did not. He also talked me out of listing it for less. Ryan is knowledgeable about all things real estate. He had great advice throughout the process and was great at communicating and letting me know what to expect. I cannot recommend him enough!!
